Parent Coaching
Endeavor provides parent coaching for families with a child on the Autism Spectrum. These sessions are done in the home and centered around the family’s unique goals and challenges. Our coach uses modeling to teach practical behavior based intervention that families can implement immediately. Coaching empowers parents with the tools and strategies to understand their child’s unique behavior and confidently respond in the moment.
IEP Support & Advocacy
Endeavor provides support for families who need help navigating the special education system. Our goal is to assist parents in understanding their rights and advocating for their child’s needs.
Our approach can consist of:

Empowering parents to understand their rights under IDEA and Section 504;

Reviewing IEPs and providing consultation;

Preparing for and/or attending IEP meetings;

Assisting in identifying accommodations or modifications;

Participating in conversations with school staff to help with collaborative problem solving;

Conducting classroom observations and partnering with parents and school staff to identify effective instructional strategies and school supports.
