School Consultation
School consulting services are highly individualized and based on the needs of the school. These services are data driven, research based and can be short or long term. Our coach works with the professionals in each school environment to build skills and systems to effectively serve students with autism and related needs.
School consultation can include:

Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans (FBA’s/ BIP’s).

teacher training and ongoing support in behavior reduction and skill acquisition techniques.

systems wide analysis and program development in positive behavior supports.
Classes & Workshops
Endeavor provides a variety of trainings for professionals that address critical issues pertaining to working with individuals with disabilities. Trainings can be developed to meet the needs of your organization but examples of topics include: Behavioral Based Classroom Support, Data Collection 101, Functional Communication Training 101, Conducting FBA's & Writing Effective BIP's, ABA for Special Educators.
