Shea Kytömaa

Shea Kytömaa is owner and founder of Endeavor Learning Services. After graduating from Barnard College of Columbia University, Shea obtained her Master’s degree in Autism & Developmental Disabilities from the University of Texas at Austin. Her specific focus on Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) equipped her with the skills to provide academic intervention with the purpose of achieving meaningful outcomes for each student.

Shea earned her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and worked in homes, schools, and clinics to help design interventions and coordinate the work of teachers, therapists, and related personnel to meet the individual needs of students. Subsequently, she obtained a second Master's in Education to hone her skills in curriculum development and pedagogy.

In addition, Shea has experience serving as an Educational Specialist both privately and in schools to help support and accommodate students with learning disabilities. She has also cofounded an Applied Behavior Analysis clinic serving students with developmental disabilities in Austin, Texas and served as an Adjunct Professor in the ABA Master’s program at Saint Edward’s University. Most recently, Shea has served as an Academic Advisor in Student Services at Cornell University.

Shea has an innate ability to capture a student’s motivation and nurture that passion in order to create a relevant and meaningful learning environment. Experienced in collaborating with teachers, parents, and relevant professionals, Shea is committed to guiding each student towards the exciting discovery of a healthy love for learning.
